Sam joined the staff team in February 2020 as our Primary Assembly Coordinator. Sam is married and attends Elim Church in Bewbush where she is involved in the leadership team and leads the children’s ministry.

Lizzie became the Leader for The Lighthouse Project in September 2016. She is married and has 2 daughters. Lizzie has worked with young people for the past 19 years. She has a first class BA HONS degree in Youth and Community Work with Applied Theology. Her previous experience includes church youth work, working with young people in children’s homes and behaviour support roles within the school environment.
