to make a difference

The work of The Lighthouse Project is only possible because of the fantastic network of churches, volunteers and supporters that we have. We are always looking for more people to join the team and there are various ways in which you can get involved!

We really value prayer support and would encourage you to pray regularly for the work we are doing in schools.

We have termly prayer meetings for the schools in Crawley. The next one is on Wednesday 29th April, 4pm, at The Charis Centre (Town Barn Road). It would be great to see you there!

We also send a termly update to all of our prayer supporters with specific points for prayer. If you would like to receive this update, please email

Are you passionate about working with children and young people in schools? Do you have some spare time during school hours? If so then we would love to hear from you.

The Lighthouse Project love to visit churches! If you would like The Lighthouse Project to come and take part in a Sunday morning service then please get in touch.

As a charity we do rely upon churches and individuals giving financially. If you would like to make a one-off donation towards the work of The Lighthouse Project then just click the ‘donate’ link below. Alternatively, if you would like more information about how to give regularly then please contact us at

New staff

Praise God for two new staff joining the team! Caroline Nyemi-Tei is covering Michelle’s role as Secondary School Coordinator whilst she is on maternity leave and Samantha Taylor has joined as our new Primary Assembly Coordinator. Please pray that they will settle into their roles well.

Pray for Michelle as she goes on maternity leave.

Pray for the Primary Easter assembly run as we present the Gospel in 19 primary schools and our Easter Explored workshops which are taking place in 3 primary schools.

Pray for the students at Holy Trinity who are doing the Eliv8 course. That they would really understand their value and worth.

Pray that school staff and students will remain healthy and that children won’t become overly anxious about the current health concerns.
