to make a difference
The work of The Lighthouse Project is only possible because of the fantastic network of churches, volunteers and supporters that we have. We are always looking for more people to join the team and there are various ways in which you can get involved!
We really value prayer support and would encourage you to pray regularly for the work we are doing in schools.
We have termly prayer meetings for the schools in Crawley. The next one is on Wednesday 8th January, 4pm, at The Charis Centre (Town Barn Road). It would be great to see you there!
We also send a termly update to all of our prayer supporters with specific points for prayer. If you would like to receive this update, please email email@example.com
Are you passionate about working with children and young people in schools? Do you have some spare time during school hours? If so then we would love to hear from you.
The Lighthouse Project love to visit churches! If you would like The Lighthouse Project to come and take part in a Sunday morning service then please get in touch.
As a charity we do rely upon churches and individuals giving financially. If you would like to make a one-off donation towards the work of The Lighthouse Project then just click the ‘donate’ link below. Alternatively, if you would like more information about how to give regularly then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
POINTS OF PRAYER
For new staff to join the team
Please pray for a new Primary Assemblies Coordinator and for someone to cover Michelle’s Secondary Schools Coordinator role whilst she goes on maternity leave.
Please continue to pray for our primary assemblies. This half terms assemblies are on The Good Samaritan and how it is good to help others despite differences.
Please continue to pray for the young people that are taking part in Eliv8 this term, that they will engage and be able to make positive changes that will help them in their lives. Please also pray for a new Eliv8 that may be starting in another secondary school.
Please pray for continued financial provision for the charity. God continues to be faithful in providing and we trust Him to keep meeting our needs and provide enough for us to continue to grow the project.
