Charlotte joined The Lighthouse Project in September 2023. Charlotte is married, has 4 children and attends Crawley Community Church where she leads the under 5s ministry. Previously, she has worked in an SEN school.
The Lighthouse Project is an ecumenical Christian charity which has been working with children and young people in Crawley schools for over 20 years.
